Transcription: To position yourself, place one foot on the footrest and grasp the handle on the same side near the top of the chair. Extend the knee so that you're now standing on that rest and position the opposite foot in hand. Slowly extend the arms at the elbows so the arms are straight and the shoulders are over your wrists. This will lift your feet from their rests. To keep your feet out of your way, simply flex them behind you and cross the ankles. Keep the abdominals tight, your back flat, and your eyes and head up.
